Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary based on destination but generally range from 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized or embossed items are final sale.

To maintain the longevity of your items, we recommend applying a leather conditioner every 3-6 months and keeping them away from prolonged direct sunlight or excessive moisture.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all Leatherman fashion products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing and we may be unable to make changes.
